CodeMagic is the sole owner of all information collected. We will only ask for information necessary to process your order, send you notice of the order fulfillment process (confirmations, receipts, invoicing, etc.), and maintain communication as necessary to provide you the best service possible.
CodeMagic requires all customers to provide their billing address, shipping address, credit card information (if paying with a credit card), first name, last name, telephone number, fax number, and email address. Optionally, you may provide a shipping account number if you prefer to bill shipping charges to your carrier account (we will only ship via FedEx, or UPS - please no will call) . You may also provide your state issued reseller certificate and federal tax ID if you wish to resell or otherwise integrate items from your purchase into your product. If you decide to provide your reseller certificate and federal tax ID, all payments to government agencies of sales / excise taxes become your responsibility.
You must agree to be legally bound and to abide by all CodeMagic policies to place an order. CodeMagic accepts orders via telephone, fax, email, and our website (coming soon). If you choose to send a purchase order, we will process and fill your order according to our terms as stated in our General Terms & Conditions.
CodeMagic does not rent, sell, or otherwise duplicate your private information for submission to any third parties, except to fill your order, or unless strictly required by law (i.e. compliance with a court order).
You must be at least 18 years old to order. We will never solicit or intentionally collect information from minors.
We value your security and peace of mind. We use strong encryption to ensure that your private information remains private.
All newsletters, promotions, specials, or other direct offers of any kind are sent to those individuals that choose to opt-in. We will never send solicitations of any kind to your email address unless you ask to be notified.
